Shipping Policy:

At Lil Sippers, we are committed to prompt and efficient order processing. All orders placed before 2 pm EST from Monday through Friday are shipped out the same day. As soon as your shipment is created, we will provide a tracking number to the email address associated with your order. You can easily track your package via the carrier, which is usually USPS.

Lil Sippers is not liable for lost or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address associated with your order. Contact your carrier for assistance, as they can verify the geotag of the delivery and conduct an investigation.
